Using the WYSA Website
At the very top of the WYSA Website you will see page you see eight tabs: WYSA, Teams (only visible during the season), Programs, Register, Fields, Coaches, Parents/Player, Referees, and BOD. Once you click on one of these tabs, the menu on the left edge of the page changes to show the options available for that tab. Some of the frequently used functions are described below.
Edit My Account
This tab is on the lower left hand side of our site on the WYSA tab. You can edit any personal information including new e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc. here. You can also use this to set up "text messaging" to be automatically sent to your phone for practices and games. Just enter your cell number and your cell provider. You can also turn OFF the messaging here as well. Please note that if you check the "No Email" box you will not receive ANY emails including communications from your coach. This will return you to your list of Family Members where you can update information for other family members.
Enter your Email address and your password. If you don't remember your password leave the password field blank and the system will email you your password. If you no longer have access to the email address send an email to
with your name and your correct email address.
Once you are logged in click on the name of the person you want to update. This will take you to that person's information page. Once you have updated the information click on Submit.
You are already on the Home page when you arrive at our web site. The left-edge menu options for the Home tab give access to general information that applies to all members including League Contacts, Team Contacts, Website help, and a Bulletin Board feature where you can post lost and found items, soccer items for sale, or even if you have a player looking for an indoor winter team.
League Contacts - this page has the WYSA mailing address and contact information for all of the league contacts. Click on th envelope icon next to a person's name to send that person an email. Contact the Division Director for your child's age group for questions specific to that program.
Bulletin Board - to post an item on the Bulletin Board click on Bulletin Board and then on the "Add Item" button in the top right corner. Complete the information on the form. It is important to enter your email address correctly in the "Respond to:" box as this address will be used to send you a key that has to be entered to finalize your posting. Enter you name, and email address, a title for your posting and then the text of your posting. Click on Submit. You will see a message that "You have been emailed a "Key Number" for this item." Enter the key from the email and click on Submit. Your listing will now be included on the Bulletin Board listing on the right side of the home page.
This is where you′ll be able to view the schedule, roster, and bulletins for your specific team. Click on the Teams tab and then use the drop down menus at the top to find your team. First use the "Season" drop down menu to select the current season (e.g. 2012 Spring). Then select the appropriate age group (e.g. U6, GU8, BU14). Finally use the "Team" drop down to choose the team you wish to see (e.g. U6-R3). The system will remember the last team page that you looked at.
Team Home page - this is the first page that you see when you go to your team page. Any news postings will be listed as well as the next 10 events on the team schedule.
Contacts - this will list contact information for the coaches for your team. Click on the envelope next to the person's name to open an email form.
Schedule - click on "Schedule" to list games and practices (if entered by your coach) in a list format. Make sure that "Games Only" is unchecked to see both games and practices. Note: Travel games are maintained on the MYSL website. A link to the MYSL schedule is included on the team home page.
Calendar - shows the teams schedules in a calendar format instead of a list format.
This section specifically addresses some of the information that parents want to know including descriptions of the different age groups, eligibility for each age group based on date of birth, frequently asked questions, equipment needed for games and practices and information about the travel program.
Here you will find information on important dates for the season including registration deadlines, on-line registration, a mail-in registration form if you prefer to pay with a check, volunteer opportunities, and information on the refund policy.

Coaches, Parents/Players and Referee Tabs
These tab provide information, resources and links for coaches, parents, players and referees including information on drills, summer camps, etc.
The BOD Tab is password protected and restricted to WYSA Board Members.
